1. Returns Eligibility

You may return unopened and unused items within 14 calendar days of delivery if:

  • The item is in its original condition and packaging
  • You can provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • The item is not perishable or marked as a final sale

Note: We do not accept returns for opened food or beverage items unless they are defective or arrived damaged.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged during delivery
  • Defective or spoiled
  • Different from what you ordered

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit, and cover any return shipping if the issue was our fault.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process:

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll respond with return instructions and the appropriate return address.
  3. Please use a trackable shipping service when returning items.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll notify you of the outcome
  • Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

5. Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or partially used food/beverage items
  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Digital products or gift cards
  • Any return without prior approval

6. International Orders (Including the USA)

The same policy applies to international customers. Please note:

  • Shipping costs (including duties/taxes) are non-refundable
  • Return shipping is at your expense unless the item was damaged or incorrect
